How does the 'basic' filteration system work

The polluted air is drawn into the cleaner and initially passes through a mechanical pre-filter, trapping the larger particles such as dust and pollen. The air then reaches an electrostatic cell, which applies a positive charge to the remaining harmful particles (e.g. bacteria and tobacco smoke). These are attracted to the earthed collecting plates like a magnet, where the pollutants are retained and removed from the atmosphere

What is the 'nature' system

The ‘Nature’ system is unique to ‘Clearair’ products and in addition to the highly efficient filtering system, provides two very beneficial features:

• Environmental Revitalisation – after thoroughly cleansing the air, an automatic ionising process is activated, leaving natural countryside freshness to the environment
